One teleservice declares the new address to several organisms at once — and a handful of actors must be told separately, some with deadlines (carte grise: 1 month).
Étapes
- Use « Je change de coordonnées » on service-public.gouv.fr: notifies CAF, CPAM, impôts, France Travail, l'Assurance retraite, énergie, etc. in one pass.
- Update the carte grise address (immatriculation.ants.gouv.fr) within 1 month — free for the first three changes; ~135 € fine risk if skipped.
- Update separately where needed: banks/insurers, ANEF (foreign residents — the titre address must stay current), school, employer, La Poste réexpédition (paid, optional).

Délais et échéances
- Carte grise: 1 month. Others: "promptly" — benefits (CAF) recalculate on the new address, so early is better.

Pièges connus
- Forgetting the carte grise (the only one with a fine attached).
- Non-EU residents not updating ANEF — préfecture mail goes to the old address.
